Located along the coastline of Hurghada on the Red Sea, the project envisions a new mixed-use hospitality and residential destination comprising four residential buildings, a hotel, and an extensive network of shared amenities including swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and direct access to a private beach.
The masterplan is conceived as a gradual opening towards the sea, where the arrangement of the built volumes creates views, connections, and communal spaces that strengthen the relationship between architecture and landscape. The various residential typologies, integrated with the hotel facilities and services, are organized around a central system of pools and outdoor areas that forms the social heart of the development.
The architecture adopts a contemporary language informed by the climatic and environmental conditions of the region. Stepped volumes, generous shaded terraces, and a strong continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces enhance the site's privileged waterfront location while maximizing natural light, sea views, and the overall quality of the living environment.

We believe that every scale deserves the same design attention.
